Terms of Service

You must be at least 15 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms — including the subscription and payment terms below — on your behalf, and consents to your use of the Service. We do not technically verify age or parental consent; by using the Service you are making this representation directly to us.

Coach-AI provides AI-generated fitness workouts, nutrition guidance, an AI voice/text coaching assistant, and a separate Translator Mode feature for real-time speech/text translation. The Service is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. The AI Coach factors in injury/medical information you provide and is instructed toward conservative alternatives, but it is not a substitute for a doctor, physical therapist, or other qualified professional. Consult one before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially with an injury, medical condition, or post-surgical recovery.

Responses from the AI Coach and Translator Mode are generated by artificial intelligence and can be wrong, incomplete, or mistranslated. Use your own judgment; stop any exercise that causes pain, and don't rely on Translator Mode for safety-critical or emergency communication.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us at infosafety2022@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts, interfere with or disrupt the Service, or use it to generate abusive, harmful, or rights-violating content.

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to AI Coach and Translator Mode. No credit card is required to start the trial, and you will not be charged automatically when it ends. The trial is granted once per account, automatically, when the account is created — it cannot be restarted by signing out, reinstalling the app, or switching devices, and accounts existing before this trial was introduced do not receive one.
• After your free trial ends (or immediately, if your account did not receive a trial), the Service costs $12.99 USD per month, billed on a recurring, automatically-renewing basis. There is no free tier beyond the trial.
• By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method $12.99 USD every month, automatically, until you cancel.
• Canceling your subscription stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel anytime via the Manage Subscription option, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal.
• Canceling your subscription does not delete your account or data. If you want your account and data deleted, that's a separate request — see Section 5 of the Privacy Policy (email infosafety2022@gmail.com).
• No refunds after a payment has been completed, except where required by applicable law. Canceling only stops future charges — it does not refund the current or any past billing period.

The Service's design, software, and content (excluding your own data and submissions) belong to Sequoian LLC and are protected by intellectual property law. Don't copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time per Section 6.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sequoian LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
